Academy Players > Under 12's

We encourage regular exercise and a healthy diet for all children - including those under the age of 12 years. However, activities like playing games, climing in the park and riding bikes and skateboards should be the focus at this age, not formal fitness sessions like those illustrated throughout fitness4football.

Saying that, there is no reason why children under tha age of 12 years cannot have fun running through Foot Speed Ladders or practicing lifting technique with a broom handle.
